"Bryan Wetherall of Wetherall Roofing and Contracting was amazingly helpful during the tortuous process of buying my home. It's a fixer-upper, and the mortgage company refused to underwrite the loan unless some badly patched parts of the roof were fixed. I decided to pay for the repairs myself, and Bryan jumped through every hoop the lawyers on both sides of the deal put in front of him, dealing with extra paperwork and never expressing any frustration. He got the repairs done and sent photos to the mortgage company, and the deal finally closed. Then his efficient crew tore off the old roof and put a new one on, along with gutters and drainpipes, and sheetrocked the ceilings in several rooms, after mold remediation by another company. Without Bryan's efforts, I never would have gotten my home. I am so grateful for his patience and persistence!"
